Trivalent chrome aluminum film
Chromate conversion coatings are widely used as protective coatings on high-strength aluminum alloys to improve corrosion characteristics and adhesion properties. The appearance shows a transparent, bluish, light-colored, or even brown (yellowish) film layer. The traditional chromate conversion coating process uses highly oxidizing and toxic hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) compounds and ferricyanide, while the alternative is trivalent chromium environmentally friendly conversion coating.
Electroless Nickel(E-nickel or EN)
A chemical process that uses an autocatalytic reaction to deposit alloys on the surface of a substrate and reduces nickel ions in the solution to nickel metal through chemical reduction.
