In 1980, the company was established in Taiping City, Taichung County, Taiwan, initially focusing on the production of vertical pneumatic grinders for the U.S. market.
In 1985, the company expanded to manufacture and sell rotor blades for pneumatic tools, supplying major pneumatic tool manufacturers in Taiwan.
In 1995, a factory was set up in Yantai, Shandong, China, primarily producing rotor blades for major pneumatic tool manufacturers in China.
In 1999, the Taiwanese factory relocated to the Dali Industrial Zone in Taichung County, expanding production capacity.
