This program aims to support the innovative R&D activities of a wide range of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
It encourages SMEs to continuously invest in research and development, enhances the commercial value of their R&D outcomes, and guides domestic academic and research institutions to assist SMEs in strengthening their R&D capabilities. Ultimately, the program seeks to drive industrial upgrading and transformation in Taiwan.
