Taiwan has developed rich inspection and certification resources in response to the growth of the industrial sector. In order to integrate national standards, testing, measurement, and certification resources, a complete testing industry has been formed. This facilitates communication and collaboration between industry, government, academia, and research sectors, promotes research and development innovations, improves regulatory systems, and creates opportunities for industry development. Additionally, it aligns with international standards, enhancing the visibility and competitiveness of Taiwan's international testing field. After joint consultation and planning by domestic industry, government, academia, and research institutions, the association was officially established on October 28, 2009.
