Company Profile

The association was established on May 23, 1980. Each term lasts for three years, during which directors and supervisors are elected. Currently, it is in its 15th term, with 300 member companies. Every year, representatives from member companies are appointed to convene a General Assembly to review the annual work plan, work report, and the budget and settlement of income and expenditure for the year. Every three years, 15 directors and 5 supervisors are elected at the General Assembly to form the Board of Directors and Supervisors. The Board meets quarterly to promote and review the smooth operation of the association's affairs. The association also establishes several working committees based on the development of the association's work. In addition to the regular operations of the association, it actively cooperates with the government in promoting agricultural mechanization policies, assisting member companies in new product development, market research, and organizing domestic agricultural machinery exhibitions. Every year, the association organizes occasional delegations to participate in international exhibitions, visit factories, and hold seminars, providing opportunities for members to exchange ideas and enhance their experience and capabilities.
