History: This association was established on July 31, 1976 (Republic of China 65th year) by 14 member factories specialized in steel wire and steel cable from the Steel Industry Association, including Huashin Lihua, China First Steel Cable Factory, Youli, Zhiliang, Taiwan Steel Rope, Donglian, Xinyu, Guangtai, Zhenan, Youzhong, Songhe, Qihe, Jiada, and Sanyuan.
